Drive Revitalization G7

No Doctrine is Easy

In this final combination, all seven Levels are indivisible. The Grouping forms one single heptad group that defines the mission of the school, which is maintaining the doctrine as a living presence within the school and wider society. That demands a complete integration of the 7 levels of responsibility.

Any school is a social group with all the psycho-dynamic and socio-dynamic forces that affect its functioning. While the foundation of the group and its shared reality may be a powerful doctrine, all doctrines are esoteric. So personal adherence and social recognition cannot be taken for granted.

As explained in regard to the current status of science, public sympathy can be an uncertain support. Adherents also undermine their own school if the doctrine's rigorous demands are ignored for personal gain.

Inner decay can result from school isolation and an arrogant sense of superiority as well as from persistence with increasingly out-of-date formulations. Doctrines must be kept alive and never reduced to automatic repetition of stock phrases and school rituals.

Embodiment of Truths

Maintenance of the doctrine is founded on the understanding that it is an embodiment of truths that require preservation and deserve application. So the revitalization qualifier is proposed as «confident». In other words, the school has nothing to fear: it should push for revitalization with hopefulness, positivity and optimism.

But this requires driving hard on all the responsibilities to be discharged by members. So doctrine maintenanceis manifested by:

  • genuine realization of fundamentals-L1 by all in the school
  • forceful mentoring-L2 by many in the school for newcomers
  • resolute public dissemination-L3 of the essence of the doctrine
  • overt steps to re-organise the membership institution-L4
  • sensible guardianship-L5 of the orthodoxy to identify weakness
  • controversial revisions-L6 that address misunderstanding
  • confident applications-L7 demonstrating value for societal issues

Psychosocial Pressure

Revitalization likely requires selflessness because all adherents and outsiders involved with the school need to put the importance of the doctrine and the integrity of the school before their own personal preferences and egotistic drives like status or profit.

This aligns with the general finding for G7 in structural hierarchies as investigated for Domain Fundamentals and Controls.

Alternatives:Closed Considering previously assigned pressures: Understanding, autonomy, performance could all be important but only secondarily, while allowing acceptability to dominate appears undesirable. Well-being and certainty seem irrelevant.

All combinations of adjacent levels have now been considered, and so this framework is complete.
